Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile phones and laptops, including hardware and software issues.

Skills Required
* 4- 6 years of proven experience in mobile and laptop repairs.
* Strong knowledge of both hardware and software troubleshooting
* Customer service skills – ability to talk with clients clearly and politely.
* Basic English communication (spoken and written).
* Ability to stay updated with new repair techniques and industry news.
* Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
